B7678 Burda Style, T-Shirt: take 2

Chemainus, Canada

Kimono shirts: View B with shorter sleeves and broad band that loosely keeps all overlapping pieces of the front together. My daughter has styled it wearing her belt.

The top is very simple to make. The hardest part is cutting out the material! To prevent the band from flopping, I removed an inch out of the band length on the back neck edge, and one inch from each side of the front band sections, and then stretched to fit as I sewed the band on.

Thanks. She just reminded me what happened the first time she wore it; some ladies asked her where she purchased it, and when she told them I made it, they gave her their contact information, as they wanted me to make them one as well.

Thanks! It is great to see this site working again. I feel like I’m missing a part of my day when it’s not working.
