Art and Design Coursework: Skirt Project

Added Jul 5, 2011

Coventry, United...

This was the second project i did on my Art and Design course.. my brief was to make a skirt and pick my own theme. I chosen ‘Victorian Couture’ because i love all the lace and detail of that era :)
This is probably one of my favourites in terms of coursework (and one of the most time consuming!).. i was abit rushed in terms of making the garment which i designed, and in the end it didnt look very victorian, but i hope to make a more victorian-looking one soon anyway :D

WOW! welldone, you deserve it! I’ve just started my work in GCSE textiles, it’s exciting. We’ve been drawing natural forms and we’ve just started a moodboard- loving it! xx
