A warm bomber for the cutest boy

It’s not like I’ve done nothing around Christmas and New Year when it comes to crafting. I made a Christmas outfit for myself, wore it twice and didn’t manage to take photos of it yet. I’ve made some Christmas tree decorations that I gave as Christmas gifts, took photos of them then left those photos in Norway and came to Egypt for 10 days, made my nephew clothes as a birthday present and finally! Photos!

Thanks Nadia! I’m glad you think so :) it’s one of those where I know there are a bunch of “inaccuracies”, so it’s nice to get confirmation they don’t show :D

Your nephew looks gorgeous in his new outfit Maria. I haven’t work with this fabric yet, is it easy to work with? I hore you had a good time in Egypt Maria.

      Thanks Maria :)
I wouldn’t say it’s difficult, but the bulk does make it a bit more difficult than a non-padded fabric. And because of the padding, it’s difficult to follow the seam line exactly so it’s not for something elaborate or that needs precision (at least I wouldn’t use it for that). But I have used it as coat lining for my husband with normal sewing machine and for this little jacket with overlocker and it went OK both times (even if a millimeter or 3 off the marked line :) )

Thank you so much Aida! I totally did :) I’ve been meaning to ping you and say hi and Happy New Year for days now, but things keep coming in the way. I’ll still do it sometime soon, hear what you’re up to :)
