A Bee for Spring

Added Apr 21, 2019

The front panel in this blouse looked too empty… It was crying for something pretty to fill the space.
I took the chance to practice, for the first time, the cutwork embroidery technique.
Trying to avoid the tablecloth look, I chose a giant bee pattern and a bright coral color.

Material Notes

Light crepe

Thank you so much for your kind words. I’m trying to devekop myself and learn new things. This embroidery technique is my mum’s favourite. She has covered the entire house with it but I had never tried it. And it was sooo easy!
