I understood the interfacing instructions (and chose not to interface) but the part about attaching the underlap I don’t get at all. It seems like that would have a raw seam? I would like to make it again a little longer.

I thought this would make a nice bodice for a dress, but I wasn’t that impressed. I finished this pattern in an evening, and in that sense it was a novice level pattern since it came together quickly.
However, the fact that seam allowances are not included made cutting it a pain, since you need to do different allowance for straight and curved pieces, and some pieces are so close to being straight that it’s a little hard to tell. It didn’t match up very well when I put in the bust pieces. I don’t think I’d bother with it again, especially with the unclear interfacing instructions and lack of pattern layout.
I’m looking for a similar bustier bodice pattern that sews together very easily if anyone has any other suggestions.

Reminds me of the Vuitton A/W2010 collection. I want it!

I don’t understand the instructions where it says: interfacing: see pattern layout and step 5. As far as I can tell there is no pattern layout. Which pieces require interfacing (by number)?? I need something more clear in a novice pattern!
