Hi Meg! My name is Anelise—I’m almost 17 as well and I’ve looking for some other teenagers who love to sew! I saw your amazing prom dress on the projects page and was blown away. I would love to know how you learned to drape like that!

P.S. I’m also something of a math geek…I just spent half the afternoon writing a tutorial for my blog about how to make a square skirt without frying the brains of my poor readers with too much trigonometry! Here’s the link if you’d like to look at it! http://anelisemadeit.blogspot.com/2014/06/diy-customized-square-skirt-tutorial-in.html

Hello! Wow – I was looking through your studio the other day when I saw the floral shorts that you made, and I love your style. :) Absolutely endearing! Never stop creating. Meg
