Hi, i have a question in regards of this pattern. Why there were 3 pieces of pants part (no 1,2, and 3 in pattern) instead of 4? There’s no middle cut out of front pattern piece. Illustration in picture 4 above also shown a line in the middle for each side of back and front pants. From the picture number 1 above also looked like each side of front piece was a join from 2 pieces of fabric, but in pattern it is only 1 piece. Is it related to “stitch centre front seam from slit mark to inside leg seam.” Where’s the slit mark? Sorry my first time using burdastyle patterns. Thanks.

Only back part consists of two parts. The front is one piece with a tuck sewed along the centre down from the dart.
