I bought the magazine, why do I have to pay for this download? This is ridiculous! Buy a $15 magazine or a $30 subscription and STILL have to pay $5.99 for a pattern that’s supposed to be in it? Burda may want to consider giving a download code to subscribers or something because I, for one, won’t continue buying a magazine that doesn’t actually contain the patterns.

I am making this dress as well…Kinda…there are things on the pattern that I disagree with, so I am just not bothering with them. That said…how did you guys do the shirring? I tried to follow what the pattern said, but to be honest, it was so much easier to just wind a bobbin with shirring elastic and just to rows of stitching, connecting the back and the front shirring marks.

How did you do the lining? I don’t see any information about the bodice lining.

Has anyone posted a project with this yet? I’d love to see how it comes together for people-I am a novice sewer but love this pattern…afraid it might be a little advanced for me

Hi Luci, I’m in the process of making this dress but just wanted to find out how you found the instructions. I’m battling a bit. Any advice?
      Thanks so much
