Here is a basic bra and panty plus size pattern set that you can use as a template for modification when developing your own stylized lingerie and undergarments!

With the success of our first regular sized set, we wanted to make a plus size version so everyone can make their own bra and panties.

This set is great if you want to make your own undergarments, and they are meant to be sewn in a knit stretchy fabric just like the ones that you purchase in stores. The bra has shaped bust pieces and have a marking on the pattern if you want to sew in an optional underwire. The panties have a full coverage shape that sit about 2" below natural waist. This set works great as a template for you to experiment and design/draft/sew your own personal and unique panties!

There is an option to add an underwire. All you need to do is get some webbing and you can sew one in. I was looking at different patterns and thought this one would work well if you just add in a side panel in the cup of power mesh that helps to give more structure and support to the cup. Just make sure you measure your underbust, overbust and measure a line along the breast vertically to see how long you need to make the cups and then a line underneath the individual breast to see how wide to make them.

Will this pattern work for someone who wears a 34DD? (I prefer size 30H but I often have to compromise.)

Who’s made this?! Where are your photos?! Did you go underwire or underwire-less? Ya think It would be easy to connect the two to make a body suit?
