I cut a size 40 and it is so huge and for some reason the sleeves are to small.. I’m going to unpick, cut down a few sizes and recut the sleeves. Thinking do I bother starting again….hmmm?

I am currently making the blouse version of this dress and I am having trouble with the sleeves. The shoulders are too big! I look like a football player!

Has anyone else had this problem? How can I make the shoulders narrower in this kind of sleeve?

In my experience, none of the Burda style patterns are 100% right.
The best way is to make a muslin and make the corrections on it .
I usually use the patterns here as a base and with all of them had to make adjustments.
