I just finished this and am very pleased with the outcome—I love it enough to consider another. It was tricky to follow the very spare instructions but I was determined and it ended up fitting very well. I am also on the short side at 5’1" as well as smaller chested. I used a linen blend that is similar to a chambray. The drop waist blouses perfectly just above my hips and pulls everything together. The coverage at the top is not modest but I fully intended to wear a camisole at the outset. I’ll try to post a photo soon! Best of luck!

Has anyone sewn this one up? I am curious how it would look on someone who is a size 38 and short (5 ft 3 inches). I do not want to look frumpy or worse, pregnant.
