150 cm (59 in) wide: 0.85 – 1.00 – 1.10 – 1.10 – 1.10 m (1 – 1 1/8 – 1 1/4 – 1 1/4 – 1 1/4 yds)

Light-coloured and dark-­coloured: 0.80 – 0.95 – 1.05 – 1.05 – 1.05 m (7/8 – 1 1/8 – 1 1/4 – 1 1/4 – 1 1/4 yds)
Vilene Bias Tape.

    Recently ran into the Lagenlook style on Pinterest. The two jersey tops to layer over each other and the calf length caftan are looking interesting for layering…although the regular Lagenlook is a lot less structured than the caftan pattern shown here.

    I like the idea of the caftan layered over a slimmed down pants pattern, as an excess of fabric is not flattering on my nearly 60 year old body. But made up in linen, it might be cool enough for vacations to Florida and similar climates.
