Unfortunately I don’t have a picture of my daughter in this skirt, but it turned out perfectly for an orchestra/recital skirt (for cello). It came out looking pretty much exactly like the photograph. Provided excellent movement/ease, comfort, and it had pockets! Very easy to put together. One of the most satisfying sewing projects for me. Now that she doesn’t need the performance skirt any longer, I have removed the zipper for use in a skirt for me, and the fabric will be used for something else. Oh, and I also made this same pattern in some other fabrics for special occasions. I always used synthetics with good body to them.
