Amount of Fabrics

Fabric Requirements for a tulle skirt with 6 layers, 140 cm (55 ins) wide: Glitter tulle (2 layers): desired skirt length in cm x 4

Black tulle (4 layers): desired skirt length in cm x 8

(Example: desired skirt length = 40 cm / 16 ins. Glitter tulle, 140 cm / 55 ins wide: 0.40 m x 4 = 1.60 m /1 3/4 yds fabric required. Black tulle, 140 cm / 55 ins wide: 0.40 m x 8 = 3.20 m / 3 1/2 yds fabric required).

Elastic, 5 cm (2 ins) wide: waist measurement + 2 cm (3/4 in)
