I really want to make this suit, but I don’t have a serger. Do you need one to sew with bathing suit material?

I love this pattern. I’ve used it for two tankinis and the bottom for another tankini. Thank you Burda.

I purchased this pattern and it came with the free seminar. Unfortunately I am not able to view the seminar. Any one else having this problem?

Yes I have the same problem. Asked Burda about it and so far no answer.

Purchased this pattern. Its dissappointing in more ways than one. The sizes that it actually covers are 32-42 (which the website lists as S, M, L, but the pattern lists as the numerical Burda sizes). It also is sloppily labeled and the directions are unprofessionally worded. Worth the four dollars to modify and have a super functional pattern for my actual size, but not quite as polished as I would expect from Burda.

Has any one tried swimming in this? It is gorgeous but is it functional as well? (fingers crossed)

I might have it sitting’ in an old file. I wouldn’t mind sharing if I do find it.

Word. I’ve noticed this about many of the older, previously free, patterns.
