does anyone know how i can get my hands on the august 2009 burda magazine issue? it seems there is no point in contacting the german burda site (tried it on several occassions without success…); so the only thing that comes to mind is to ask you guys, BS community. is there someone willing to part with the said issue or someone you know who is willing to do the same?

Have you tried ebay? It’s a really good issue that one, so I wouldn’t want to part with mine. I’ve heard that some libraries stock Burda magazine so you could try that route. If it’s only 1 specific pattern you’re after I could scan and send you the instructions and it might be possible to get the pattern sheet scanned somehow.

In the Burda magazine 8/2009 there is a notched collar swing coat. I would pay to have a copy of that coat in size 34 with instructions. Please consider.

Do you know which number pattern it is or can you post a link to a picture of it as there are quite a few coats in that edition

If the notched coat from August 2009 is pattern 116B (in the Parisian fashion section), the smallest size indicated is for 36. Third slide in the link:http://www.burdastyle.de/archiv/magazine/feminine-couture-schnitte-mit-raffinierten-romantik-details-pariser-chic-08-2009_aid_2718.html
