I’ve forwarded the issue to David for his review on the issue. He should have an answer for you soon.

Happy sewing from your friendly Burdastyle moderator!

We are seeing no problems with the download.

Once you hit the “get it now” button the free pattern is automatically moved to your purchase history, from where you download it. When doing this, the site should also automatically redirect you there.

If you don’t get redirected to your purchase history, you can get there manually by following these instructions:

    - Click on your name in the upright corner. (This will take you to your profile page) - Click the tab that says " My Account" - Click on the tab “Purchase History”

Pattern download issues are often solved by doing one or more of the following:

Check to make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader. Visit http://get.adobe.com/reader/ for download information. Click “Save As” instead of “Open” when downloading.Clear your internet browser’s cache. Check to make sure your browser’s Java-Scripts are enabled.

Solved the problem all the pdf’s except the patterns themselves will download with earlier versions of Adobe Reader you need Adobe 10 to get the patterns. Its a little different to 9 so it takes a little of getting your head around it. Mine came down as a HTML then I had to save it to my desktop to get it to behave as a PDF. Now my head hurts but I solved it myself.
