The primary difference between the US and International editions is presentation. The US edition uses patterns from the international edition, but the printing is of a higher quality, making the printed patterns in particular easier to use. The instructions have been rewritten for the US market. Apparently the first edition had some mistakes, but I imagine the team publishing it has learned from those mistakes, and that this issue will be even better.

I live in the US and currently receive the Burda Style monthly magazine. What are the differences between the monthly magazine and the quarterly magazine? Thank you,

The monthly magazine you receive is the international edition. The US edition (the quarterly magazine) includes 20 full-size inserts, more detailed, in-depth instructions for each of the 40+ patterns featured, the gorgeous fashion spreads BurdaStyle readers already know and love, plus it’s full of great sewing tips, techniques, and information, DIY pages to take runway trends home, a fabulous contest, and BurdaStyle member tips. I hope this answers your question!

I am going to check my mailbox anxiously every day! Loved the Winter issue, it was full of all kinds of clever patterns! I will be dreaming of all the pretty Spring things to make and maybe even make one or three. :)
