I’ve just gotten Optitex and it’s a brilliant piece of software! Julias webinars are really informative too! I am having one problem though. I’m using the Armstrong method of pattern drafting and on the front bodice I cannot make a line from point K to F, it just vanishes when I click end drafting. Can anyone help me figure out which tool I need or why it does this?

I don’t have Armstrong in front of me, but in general Optitex likes to draft within the pattern boundary.

You can make a large pattern piece shaped like a rectangle and use it as a drawing board. Draft the pattern within the rectangle then use the "build piece’ tool to create the finished pattern piece.
