My biggest challenges are fabric. It seems like there are so many fabric choices out there and I really do not know the differences. I’d love to learn more about different fabric types and how to best match the fabric to the pattern.

The biggest challenge is finding the RIGHT fabric from limited local resources! I live 2 hours from Spokane in North Central Washington. The best option is buying quality fabric off the internet, but then you can’t touch and feel it to make sure it is exactly what you want.

The hardest in the past for me has been the fitting- BUT this weekend our sewing club PDX Sewing Circle made duct tape dummies! Much easier to fit your double than twisting in the mirror to see how things fit! :-) Thanks Davina and Lori!
