My dream gift would be a year of paid vacation from my job, so I could just stay home and sew all day long, every day, and make all the things my heart desires.

The gift I am super excited about, which several of my family members are getting together on, is a new sewing machine. I am looking forward to owning a machine that sews nicely and has a little more versatility than just a straight stitch.

My dream gift would be a proper sewing table, with cupboards and drawers below all laid out to hold my supplies – little posts for my threads, little nooks for my bobbins and needles, and a BIG fold up leaf for those big projects! Ahhh, to dream big… I also need a bigger apartment to fit it! lol

My dream gift would be a new sewing machine to replace the refurbished one my husband bought me 16 years ago when we couldn’t afford it. I’ll never forget the mixed feelings I had when I opened that package. It’s been good to learn on but I am ready for one that has more than 10 stitches!

Why not make it by yourself?! It would cost you less than 10$, matched exactly with your body figure and you could then wish for something else for Xmas… :)))
Sorry, I` marked your reply as inapp. by mistake, just wanted to add this link by threadbanger: http://www.threadbanger.com/episode/THR_20090403
You can mix up this two links and with a little patience have a great dress form. :)

Here are instructions to make your own on the german burdastyle page: http://www.burdastyle.de/trends/tipps-tricks/wie-geht-eigentlich-eine-massbueste_aid_2704.html It´s not the most beuatiful one, but I´m sure that there are a lot of possibilities to give it the perfect finishing touch.
I´m not sure if there is something like it on this site, but I think it´s also possible to understand just by the pics :-)
