I would love to win the Serger. Although I love my Singer it’s 88 years old and I feel it should be a piece of antique furniture.

Aha, the new year starts with a difficult question ;)) My ‘most wanted’ giveaway would have been any kind of threads-set. As my sewing and knitting books are mostly from flea markets and my mother’s old cup-board I’d also say ‘Yes, please’ to the 49 skirts-book! I simply love how a simple picture or pattern in a magazine or book kicks me off and…after the many stages of imagination, patience, sometimes anger, sometimes hope… how the fabric comes to new life under my hands.

I’ve missed all the other giveaways, so this one looks great! Made my first skirt yesterday, so the 49 sensational skirts book, and the sew liberated book both look absolutely fabulous. I’d love to win those.

BurdaStyle, Thanks for giving me instruction and inspiration in 2010! The Give Away item of my dreams would be a copy of “Carry Me: 20 Boutique bags to sew”. Making Boutique bags seems like a perfect way to prepare for spring.
