My spring garment projects are first on the list. I have a navy blue skirt planned so far as well as some t-shirts and other casual tops. Trying to fill in those wardrobe gaps! Beyond that I’m trying to stay more organized this next year. For that goal I’m planning on sewing some containers, especially for storing smaller supplies and notions.

I have so many projects planned for the new year, and one can never have too much thread. I plan to make some dresses, a few pairs of pants, a few shirts and skirts, a few men’s shirts, and many other random projects.

I mostly make bags and purses. I have decided to try my hand at some clothing in the new year though so I would use my thread for that.

My main goal for the new year is to make some clothing for myself. Realistically though, I still have a pile of projects I should finish up before I get to that. The only type of thread my sewing machine likes is Gutermann and I’ve been running low so winning this would be beyond awesome.

I’d make all of my 2012 projects with this thread! That is, blouses, underwear, tote bags, dresses, and hopefully, a wool coat.

Everything I sew, I find gutermann thread is much better quality than any other brands I can get hold of so it’s the only thread I use.

My daughter and I would share the thread to make rag dolls and embroider which is something that she has wanted to do for a the past year now! We could make purses and so many other things that could illustrate the beautiful color of the threads we use. Definitely get ready for Valentines Day projects to make as well, then there is St. Patrick’s Day, then Easter,…etc. the holidays just all start pouring out again! WHAT CAN WE NOT DO WITH THEM?!?
