My new favorite thing to make is baby pants from old (super soft) sweaters. But it used to be dresses. And hopefully, it will be again someday.

Dresses because they weren’t practical to my wardrobe because I never had enough money to spend on clothes before I learned how to sew. And they make me feel so feminine that I start glowing PINK!

My favorite thing to make, has to be the cute tops and dresses i sew using a pattern I downloaded several years ago from the old Burda site. The pattern is E 971 DL-10 Tuniken EN. I have made so many versions of this pattern and every time I wear a new one, people are always asking where I got it and when they find out I made it myself, tey want me to make them one also. I will take pics and upload them later.

I love to make suits, formal wear, outerwear coats, and skirts (all lined, of course). I like making classic styles that I can wear forever — to make all the effort really worth it!

My favorite thing to make were tote/handbags, but I’ve made so many of them as gifts, I’m bored with it. Now, I love making skirts for my daughter. They can be for school, weekend wear, or as a playdate wear.

I love to make dresses and skirts. I have a hard time finding things that fit me just right. I recently made a pencil skirt that fits so perfectly. Now I can’t bear to buy anything because I’m like, " I can make that"
