I’m a 40s girl. When I was a teenager, I had a dress that was just so adorable. I remember people looking at me a little strangely when I wore it. I suppose I was a little eccentric in my fashion sense for that school.

My favorite are the cocktail dresses from the 50’s. I love the hats from the 20s as well.

Well, I’m a 50s woman so I say 50s Vintage; tho I don’t really like to think of myself as ‘vintage’. ha

I love the 1950s style. It was so feminine and pretty. Bombshell dresses and fitted sweaters highlighted curves, while day dresses included interesting designs. Accessories – gloves, hats, brooches – indicated that women took pride in their appearance and had style and class. Everyone can look great in 50s style clothing as it flatters every shape, so what’s not to love about it?

I love the vintage fashion from the 50s and 60s. From the 50’s I like the full skirt dresses and from the 60’s the sheath and shirtdresses.

I love the clean, simple line of Audrey Hepburn’s film wardrobe . . . i.e. Funny Face, or Breakfast at Tiffany’s. I chose an “Audrey” inspired dress for my daughter’s wedding. And she loved it!
