Established in the Summer of 2000, Flirt originally housed a small namesake collection designed and made by hand in Brooklyn, NY. Soon enough Flirt caught the eye of local designers and became known as the place to pick up wares by the scores of talented creatives throughout Brooklyn and Manhattan. In 2007 Flirt expanded to include Home Ec, a space where they host beginner to advanced sewing classes and provide studio space to local designers.

    In the summertime, I like to wear lightweight ruffled skirts. But for going “out”, I like A-line skirts with boots. If I’m going swing dancing, full skirts are great to spin in! Most of all, I like comfort, so anything that I can kick back in works for me!

    I love love love love love pencil skirts! The nipped in waist and snug fit is really flattering on everyone – at least I think so. I really really love super-full circle skirts too though, I really feel fabulous in them.

    Oh, so so many. I love circle skirts for their femininity, a lines because they’re timeless and pencil skirts because they’re hugely flattering. I think overall though, I’ll have to go with the pencil skirt because nothing makes me feel sexier.

    pencil skirt are my absolute winners, but I love skimpy rara skirts for summer, especially worn with killer heels

    A-line and bias (esp maxi bias) seem to look the best on me. Although pencils are good, too, as long as they hit above the knee.
