Our amazing BurdaStyle Influencers kicked off the fall season with these lovely garments that they made for their September projects. From lot’s of tops to skirts and even a little girl’s dress – this month has me wanting to break out my sewing machine and start my fall sewing.

Second Piano’s Sasha always shares such artistic progress pictures, and I love the bright turquoise she used to create our One Shoulder Dress.

Kari over at Sew-On-Trend whipped up a couple of these Wrap Shirts – one with short sleeves and the other with long pictured above made in a beautiful green mesh knit.

Diane transformed an off-white slubby linen-look Poly-blend fabric from her stash into this chic pleated skirt using this pattern. To learn how she marked her pleats, read her informative blog post here!

Sharadha had a special assignment this month for her project, and took over my Mash Up!. She transformed our Ribbed Cuff Shirt into sporty-chic top that I want to wear everyday.

Heidi from Elegance & Elephants made a new favorite dress for her daughter – and I think it’s my favorite too! She used our adorable Girl’s Fox Dress pattern complete with claw paw pockets!

Sewing Julie sewed up this Darted Dress that is totally giving me Mad Men vibes. Even though she said “I am never making anything with darts again”, the darts she tackled in this design look fabulous, especially in that gorgeous mustard yellow.

Excited to see what our Influencers create in October.

Happy Sewing!
