A most excellent mix of prints – flowers and stripes – alternating on this modern summer dress for a stunning combination. If the oversized bow for the shoulder is too much, simply replace it with a wide strap.

Here is your classic option for a jersey dress. The width of the flutter sleeves is set to visually balance with the empire waistline. The inlaid pleats in the skirt panel add an extra elegance and also make it more comfortable.

This flowing coat is a very special business wardrobe choice for an extravagant, and yet classic, look. The cut is similar to a shirt blouse – including a shoulder yoke, patch pockets and cuffs.

More feminine than a T-shirt and more relaxed than a blouse. This style is sewn with a printed cotton and includes decorative ruffles at the shoulders.

Whether it’s an elegant summer party, an evening at the theater, or a wedding: This asymmetric dress with flutter and oversized bow sleeve accents draws you into the center of attention. Diagonally cut panels add an especially soft touch and subtly shape a beautiful silhouette. The satin is also used to highlight the effect by using matt on top and cascading toward the hem with shine.

You need something fast? This shirt with over-cut shoulders and flounce sleeves is not only quick to sew, it is also ultra-easy to style.

127A

Incredibly lightweight and still a perfect look for the office. The relaxed cut of the dress and its soft (and easy-care washable) viscose includes piped cuffs and shoulder yokes as well as a tying belt that lets you adjust the waistline to comfort.

This is a cool alternative to the pencil skirt. The individual panels of this bell-shaped skirt are emphasized with decorative topstitching. The waistband is replaced with a piping trim. For an additionally dramatic look, cut the skirt panels in different fabrics and eliminate the topstitching.

I like these ideas. They look very comfortable but at the same time “business”. Of course not for the serious meeting, but for the office will be a perfect option. I even asked my boss at https://eduzaurus.com/dissertation-writing-services if it’s ok to wear something like this to my work, and he approved it.

Hmm. A little on the frumpy side, and most do not look like ‘business’ to me – especially the flutter sleeves and asymmetrical shoulder bows. (Maybe for casual workplace, but not for my office).
