A synthetic fibre whose most famous trademark names are Dralon, Dolan and Orlon.
Polyacrylic characteristics: Basically similar to polyester but polyacrylic is mainly manufactured as a voluminous, very curly spinning fibre and thus feels rather like wool.
Fabric care: Like polyester, but only washable up to 30 degrees C and cannot be dried in the drier.
