When buttonholes are included in vertical panels, like on a blouse, they are usually worked as eyelets. The main difference from a lingerie buttonhole is that the front end is rounded, with the stitches radiating out from the buttonhole end and the knots are pulled up a little around the curve. The other end of the buttonhole is sewn straight across.
