Das sind ganz normale überziehbare Knöpfe, die gibt es in Kunststoff (imho nicht so doll…) und aus Metall in verschiedenen Größen.
Am besten mal im Kurzwarenhandel einfallen und schauen, was es da so gibt!

Those (or similar) bracelets are available in craft shops that carry jewelry-making-supplies.
Many online-shops carry those as well, maybe you can google one that’s near you so the shipping costs won’t be that high.
