Cat, the ones that I’ve looked at can cut anywhere from 10 24 layers of fabric at a time definitely faster than hand cutting if you make multiple items from the same pattern.

Is it the video that is slow or the tool itself? Seams to me like it’s faster by hand!!! Can you cut more than one layer of fabric with this tool?? Ie: for mini production.
