Step 3
Pin raw edges of binding to armhole edges, making sure to leave a generous tail of binding evenly at both ends, at either side of side seam. NOTE: For Neckline Binding - Repeat all the steps for armhole binding, but for the neckline binding, leave the binding tails near one shoulder seam.
