You could sew this by hand or machine, whatever you prefer.
Before you get started make sure your iron isn't so hot it will melt the ribbon and that fray check doesn't harm it (I've watched fray check disintegrate my almost done bow before). Make sure you look at the last step, I'll explain the trick to putting it in your hair.
You will need....
-ribbon (around 12")
-hair elastic (big or little)
-big-eyed needle (like a darning needle)
