thank you for your comment. It’s kind of transparent pad. I bought it at Ikea but I don’t know what’s call. It’s about 60cm X 50cm X 2mm. When I copy big pattern I use old bed spread instead( fold many times :>)

opps this was the same question i asked in ur post..i love the sleeve and thanks i cant wait…my arms are bigger than most sleeves so this is a cool way to go around the cutting the sleeve on the side..thanks
