  Thank you for posting this! I’ve got three pairs of pants and one skirt I need to take in at the waist and haven’t been able to get my mind around how to do it and still make it look good. This is exactly what I needed!

  is it my imagination or is the label on those pants for prada? you’ve got strong nerves to alter something so expensive!!! i have so much trouble with my waist-hip-thigh ratios that I sometimes have to take pants in from CB and from the side seams!

  I will try this! I have been looking for a way to make my daughters jeans fit better and I couldn’t see a way to make any adjustments so that they would lie flat. This looks great! Thanks!

  This is a great solution! I have always had problems with jeans fitting at the waist and have tried various ways to take them in- from darts in the waist band to redoing the back seam which created problems with the back pockets. Thank you.
