Click on Capture, and you will see the different options of the types of screenshots you can take:

-Selection: Drag a box around the area you want to take a screenshot of

-Window: Choose an entire window to take a screenshot of


-Screen: Take a screenshot of everything that is on your monitor at that moment

-Timed Screen: Take a screenshot of everything on your monitor, after a 10 second delay, giving you time to make the screen active or changing

    With respect, it is even easier than your above . Press simultaneously (cmd shift and 4) then a cursor will appear for you to select the area you want to grab Press simultaneously (cmd shift and 3) and it will grab the entire screen These commands both save the image to your desktop. {Please don’t make people think using a mac is as complicated as your above tutorial, there are enough haters out there as it is} :^)
