I knew how to do this at one time, but over the years, forgot. I recall at one time, Simplicity and McCalls both had detailed instructions that were well illustrated, right in the pattern instructions. Not so these days. Thanks Burdastyle for publishing a reasonably clear approach to this useful technique.

I love this tutorial! I’ve looked around but I think this is the best and most clear one yet for sewing an all-in-one facing and lining! Thanks a bunch for posting this!
