This should give you an idea of what the ink looks like after drying and being set. The initial stiffness of the print should diminish as you wash your garment, similar to other t-shirts.

I’m sure you could if the glue was not water-soluble, I’d just be worried that the stencil might wash out when you rinse away the ink!
