Voila! You have awesome looking, left-over thread fabric. Now go use it for something cool! I suggest using cheap, white muslin (or whatever color your fabric is) as an extra layer of interfacing behind your fabric if it is still pretty see-through, this helps make the thread POP! I used my fabric for my itty bitty bag how-to (http://www.burdastyle.com/howtos/show/1779)!

Wicked idea! Thanks for sharing! I always have left over clumps of thread stuck to my clothes afterwards.

Cool! Can’t wait to try this, there’s a lot of old thread around our flat and I know exactly what I’m going to do – my bag “died” few days ago and I’m going to make a new cool one using this technique. Thanks, great idea.

How neat. I’ll have to give this a go! Now I don’t have to feel bad for wasting thread!

Genius! I have totally been into this since I used a lint roller to pick up the scraps in my sewing room and LOVED the way it turned out on the roller. I can not wait to try this! Have been thinking it might be fun to do with some sort of utilitarian netting or something too..
