If you are anything like me when fabric goes on sale for 50% off its time to buy and stock up. Sometimes no particular project is in mind but the fabric is too pretty to pass up. As a consequence, we sewers have a tendency to accumulate a rather hefty supply of fabric -- a.k.a. our fabric 'stash'.
A good way to keep the stash organized and ready for when the next project is under consideration, is to label each piece of yardage you buy before you store it away .
