    I completely agree. I’d love to see more about different ways to add interest to my projects without having to buy pre-beaded appliqués, etc. I liked the painting tute in the mag, but most of them really haven’t been anything I felt practical enough to try on a garment I might be making with the intent of keeping it around for more than a season. “Right now” is great, but nothing beats a great classic that will work through many seasons. Thanks!!
