A garbage bag and brown packaging tape (the type you wet not the sticky type) works well also. Your pins won’t get sticky.

This is very cool, a couple of tips from other tutorials I’ve seen are to add an old bra and stuff it for those of us with bigger boobs, and cover the dress form in inexpensive fabric to keep your pins from getting sticky w/tape adhesive.

I used duct tape and old plastic shopping bags, but it is the same thing. I also stuck a Styrofoam head on so I can use it to model hats with too!
