1: Cut one layer at a time. Don’t forget to flip pattern pieces for cutting the opposite sides. <br> 3: Cut with long, smooth strokes. <br> 4: Press the edge firmly by hand ruler to flatten it for cutting. <br> 5: Transfer all the matching points etc on the wrong side of the fabric with a fine permanent marker through the holes you made with the awl. <br> 6: Use a Hera marker or a tracing wheel to mark the hem if you do not want to mark it with the permanent marker. <br>
