Step 1
-This dress is composed of two parts : The top and the skirt. -The top is gathered, there is an elastic to the collar and the sleeves -The sleeves are "Raglan" (is it the good word ?) because I think it's simplier. -The skirt is composed of 6 panels -There is a belt between the skirt part and the top part -There is a zipper at side.
