Petersham ribbon can add a touch of luxury, color and style to a sewing project. It can be applied in a variety of ways, this way is but one way. Here, I'll be walking you through how to add this waistband as I added it to a skirt I made from the Sewaholic's Lonsdale Dress pattern, where I only used the skirt sections as a pattern.
