1/4 yard polar fleece or felt
Items to decorate you hat (feathers, ribbon, tulle, brooches)
Barrette Clips or combs
Hot glue gun
thread (for sew option)
spray on adhesive (for no sew option)
The .pdf pattern printed on card-stock.
