Sew the loops as follows: Fold satin and jersey pieces in half lengthwise, right side facing in. Stitch the 65 cm long edges together, stitching 1 cm (3/8 in) from fabric edge. Press seams open. Slide one end through the fabric tube, up to the opposite end, with right fabric side facing in. Stitch ends together, 1 cm (3/8 in) from fabric edges, leaving a section of seam open, for turning. Turn right side out. Sew seam opening closed. Lay loops flat on table and pull the satin loop through the jersey loop.
