Edge stitch the binding (stitch very close to the folded edge) from the Right side and you are done! You can also hand stitch the binding down using a slip stitch (a blind stitch in which you stitch about 1/4" in the fold or tunnel of the binding, then take a small 1-2 thread "bite" of the main fabric, then continue back into the fold).

Hi, great tutorial! Just in case I missed it, you’re sewing the binding on the wrong side and folding it over on the right side or the outside of the garnment? Thanks!

Yes! You can do it the other way to, (sewing to the right side and folding it over to the wrong side), but you can’t guarantee when you sew the binding down the in the last step that it will look nice from the right side unless you blind hand stitch it. By sewing it the way I explain in the tutorial, you can topstitch the binding from the right side and it will look perfect! Don’t you just hate it when you topstitch from the wrong side and the right side (the outside of the garment) looks kind of cruddy and wonky?
Good luck!

Great tutorial! I’ve used this technique on a number of linen shells this summer and put a row of decorative stitches on the binding to jazz it up a bit.

This is the easiest way to use the bias tape to finish the neckline and arm holes, IMO! I used it once and had a gret result.
