I have been making purses for a while now and have been pretty successful in selling them. I have put together a tutorial on how to make these purses and sorry but there are a lot of pictures in hopes to make each step a little easier for you to see how they are made. Have fun and Happy Sewing.

Technique Materials

1/2 yard main fabric, 1/2 yard lining fabric, interfacing or batting, button, "D" rings.

I have stopped using the covered buttons as they have been falling apart on me lately. In their place I am using a magnetic snap and like it much better. Then you can add a decorative button just for looks if you want.

Hi, I think you should edit your technique and add a “s” to “fiskar” in the title, because I’m not sure without it it would work… WHen you look for “fiskars unzipped” techniques in the search bar, it doesn’t show your technique. Good luck :)

I looked at what I had and the “s” was already there and when I searched for it, it came up as the first technique. I forgot to put the “s” on the project page but did have it on the technique page, but thank you so much for pointing it out, would not have wanted to do all that work and no one ever see it, you are a life saver. And thank you for the good luck!
